A Christian wife and mother that is always up for a creative challenge, yet finds satisfaction with consistency. She values the relationships built with long time guests and looks forward to new interactions with everyone who visits our salon. Tiffany's passion is caring for the people around her and she carries that into her professional life. As an Owner, Master Stylist and Educator she passes on knowledge to incoming stylists through our Associate Program. She teaches online, trains one on one and hosts in salon education. She loves spending time with family and friends but she also enjoys participating in community outreach programs that care for others in need. Tiffany welcomes you to our space!
Erin Phillips
Erin is a Northwest Missouri State University graduate who has turned her sights to the world of beauty. She started at Salon D'Paul as a member of our front desk team and has since worked her way through our apprenticeship program. Erin has excelled in color placement and blonding from day one and continues to go above and beyond to learn more exciting techniques for her guests. Her family history in the cosmetology field gives her a lifetime of knowledge at her fingertips and she has already created quite a following. You will want to plan ahead to ensure your desired time as she typically books out 8 weeks in advance. Creating dimensional blondes is her favorite thing to do and when you see her work you’ll know why! She looks forward to seeing you in her chair.
Nini Dungan
Nini started as our Guest Service Expert but we couldn't pass up an opportunity to add her to our hair team! Because we saw her natural talent and dedication for excellence she was accepted into our apprentice training program and has become fully licensed with honors. She may have cared for you at the desk but now you can also reserve time in her chair, and it’s a treat! She does beautifully rich chocolates and Balayage techniques that you will frequently find featured on our social media pages. God has equipped NIni to care for others and it shows in the way she pampers our guests. She is always making people comfortable by greeting with a smile, accommodating special requests and even refilling drinks. It is her attention to the little things that makes her invaluable. Give her a try, you will not be sorry!
